"I worked hard to get here" - we hear from people who end up having a successful career in one field or another, when they are asked how they got those results and certainly, that is what happened.
But on the other hand, there are so many people who work hard all their lives, I think of the people who work in warehouses, factories, suppliers, accountants, teachers, even small business owners, women who clean the houses - how many of them end up making their own cleaning company, for example, etc. Some of them barely get to go on a vacation or make great efforts to buy something more valuable such as a house, a car, etc.
And then how is it that some become "someone" and others remain in the "shell"?
Maybe you will say, as I thought, that there are many factors involved, such as: the family you come from, the environment, education, karma, etc.
We see around us both people who end up following the right career, the one in which they are happy with what they do and implicitly have success, as well as people who may have been guided by their parents or may have thought that the field can bring them financial satisfaction, for example, but at some point it is possible to realize that it is not worth the stress and all the involvement, no matter how much money they earn, because they can no longer enjoy this money.

By calculating the analysis of the Four Columns of Destiny or calculating BaZi (meaning eight characters), based on the time, day, month and year of birth we can find out which are our main profiles in terms of the most suitable areas for us so that we have a path beautiful and career.
What are these BaZi Profiles? What does it help us with?
There are 10 types of Profiles known in the BaZi system and after analyzing our birth data we see which profiles we fit. These profiles reveal our personality, who we are at the most fundamental level, what is our personal style and how they influence us in approaching situations encountered throughout life, such as:
- our way of interacting with other people;
- approaching style in performing tasks;
- job performance skills;
- the strengths we have and can use / develop so that we have a much smoother path to success.
Simply put, it is about our personality and the role we play or should play in this life.
In BaZi analysis consultations, when it comes to careers, there are quite frequent cases where people say that they do not feel so fulfilled with what they do, and when I tell them what are the elements that they should put to "work", the answer most often is: "You know… I wanted to do this, but […]". This means that instinctively we kind of know what suits us, but for various reasons we end up choosing something else.
Well, in the map of destiny and luck we find this information related to our native abilities, for example not everyone can be a leader or a teacher, etc., but that does not mean that we cannot be successful.
These 10 Profiles fall into 5 categories as follows:
1. The category of those oriented to analysis - Analysis oriented - contains the Profile of the Analyst and the Profile of the Philosopher
Analyst Profile - The Analyzer Profile
The analyst has a reputation for being intellectual, knowledgeable and wise. It is the pattern of the academician, the researcher, the teacher. The analyst is, if you will, the model of the “nerd”, of the one who studies and accumulates information like a sponge, he is the perfect examiner, he wants to find explanations for everything and everything. He is also a very good observer.
He is successful in areas that require resources and scientific evidence and is very good in roles that require skills for research, development, data analysis, portfolio / business analysis, in the financial area, very good in budget management. He can also be successful as a doctor, psychologist, psychiatrist, priest, preacher or teacher.
The less positive aspect is that due to the fact that he wants to know everything in the smallest details, he consumes a lot of time and may not complete his tasks on time. He's the kind of person who doesn't really give an answer right away because he has to analyze.
The Philosopher Profile
He is very similar to the profile of the Analyst only in that he has a freer spirit, is much more creative and seeks knowledge in unexplored areas. He is also extremely curious and notices everything. He has a lot of patience to look for information and analyze data for the fields that are in trend, he somehow comes out of the classic area of knowledge. The philosopher reaches financial accumulations more easily because he knows how to sell the acquired knowledge and information.
2. The category of People oriented- contains the Friend Profile and the Leader Profile
Profile- The Friend
He is a super-inventive person, he knows how to delegate very well, he usually has all the resources and materials for the right people. He is blessed with the ability to charm people and keep their attention. He is a very good CONNECTOR and wants to be inside things, not outside, and their style involves connection and involvement. It has the ability to recognize a person's strengths and weaknesses. He must interact with people, otherwise he suppresses his potential, he shines in any situation that involves human interaction. The FRIEND profile thrives in areas that involve connecting, engaging and gaining people. He has the qualities to become a good specialist in Marketing, PR, public relations agencies, HR, a good negotiator, he can become a top level manager. He can't be satisfied if he only works with papers and sits alone in an office.
The Leader Profile
The Leader Profile is a very charismatic and attractive person who can connect emotionally with others. He is very ambitious, he does not get discouraged in the face of obstacles, he has a strong impulse to succeed and he will do everything necessary to get what he wants in life. He is a lover of fun, travel, life is like an adventure for the Leader. He can make money easily because he sees the possibilities, he can inspire people, he can lead the team. Even if he doesn't have all the knowledge, he can convince people because of his charisma and ability to lead. In a negative aspect, he can become manipulative in order to get what he wants, he is prone to envy, stubbornness and conflicts, he can become severe for success.
Both profiles in this category tend to spend a lot on self-image, they want to convince people and then invest to look good.
The leader performs well in the team, they are good in the area of sales, finances, they have public speaking and presentation skills.
3. The category of those oriented to the process - Process oriented - contains the Profile of the Diplomat and the Profile of the Warrior
Profile- The Diplomat
He is the type of person who should work in an already created system, where he can trust others, empower others to work for them and with them together. He's the kind of manager who works behind the scenes, doesn't come out in front, doesn't expose himself. He tends to withdraw in times of conflict, he does not like disputes.
He can often suppress his own interests and opinions in order to keep "peace." He can even become very passive in making an effort or starting a project.
He follows the procedures. We usually find him in PR, recruitment, he is good as a counselor, consultant, project manager, Lean 6 Sigma, customer service, therapist, nurse.
They can become people with very good financial status, even if they do not have their own business.
As is obvious in the name, the diplomat is aware of what others are thinking and wants to keep the peace. They are upright, law-abiding people, with the ability to keep the atmosphere warm and soothing in the environment. They are often meticulous workers, great group leaders and basic friends.
The Warrior's Profile
He is like a general, he has innate abilities of leadership, power and authority. He is brave, robust, resilient and no obstacle can slow him down. He likes challenges, is a good strategist, has the ability to see a potential danger and knows what strategy to adopt. His goal is to bring order to the chaos. He has a very good ability to control various situations, many people with this profile becoming very rich. He is the solution provider, he makes good business strategies, he is the type of entrepreneur and business owner.
In the negative aspect, he can be overly demanding and agitated, even brutal and bad. He can be suspicious and defensive, he lacks analytical thinking and reasoning if he gets angry, if he is pressed or taken by surprise.
Sometimes he makes rules that are hard for others to follow.
4. The Action Oriented category contains the Pioneer Profile and the Director Profile
The Pioneer Profile
He likes to be a leader, to act, he is multi-talented, he does several things at the same time. He is determined and usually positive, he is the one who creates and makes things happen. He is the one with visions, dreams, he is proactive, he moves much faster than those he works with / the team.
His philosophy of life is to always create a better product.
He is the kind of person who takes risks, does multiple businesses because he has many ideas, that's why there is a tendency to start many projects. The idea is to know how to prioritize and organize them, but he has delegation skills and if he chooses the right people, things turn out right.
The Director Profile
The director has this innate ability to manage people and situations and he likes to control. It is reliable, responsible, organized and very results-oriented. It strives to make improvements and is able to make quick decisions easily. He is also very good at managing finances. The director has a good eye for detail and never loses sight of the principles; he knows exactly how things should be. The Director profile is known for his ability to work hard to get things done. He believes in doing good, being good and with a strong sense of integrity. He is careful and trustworthy and can put chaos in order. However, the Director can also be seen as rigid and inflexible. For him, the most important things are experiences, relationships, ideas and plans.
He is the kind of man you can't "buy" because money is not important to him. He is the Artist, he must do everything for pleasure, to have the freedom to experiment. The artist does not like to be controlled, nor to be blocked in the routine.
On the negative side, he may not be able to cope with a painful reality, as he is a dreamer and an idealist.
